FUNCTIONING
- What does the expression " one size" mean?
The expression " one size" means that the garment is available in a single size/size. On the other hand, when a garment is one size , that does not mean that it fits all silhouettes. This is why, in the online store, the clothes are divided into 4 different silhouette types.
- I don't understand how silhouettes work?
Our clothes are mostly one size. The interactive questionnaire is therefore there to facilitate your purchases by guiding you towards the clothes that suit you. The silhouettes are determined based on your usual size. Even if the clothes are one size, it may happen that they do not suit certain figures. When you view an item, it is specified for which body types it is appropriate and a link to the questionnaire is present directly on the product pages.
- Is it possible to order on the site and pick up my order in store?
- Why can I no longer find certain items that I previously saw on the site?
This is because we have sold out of stock for this product.
- Why does it happen that an accessory present in the photos is not found in “Add Accessories”?
This is because we have sold out of stock for this accessory.
- Are clothes the same price in store and online?
Yes, the prices are the same whether you buy online or in store.
DELIVERY/RETURNS POLICIES
- Where can I have my order delivered?
It is possible to have it delivered anywhere in Canada for free with any order of $75 or more. A fee of $7 + taxes is charged when the order is less than $75.
We also deliver internationally, however additional charges may apply.
- What is the delivery delay?
Canada: You will receive your order within 2 to 8 business days.
EU/ Europe: Orders outside of Canada will be received within 20 business days. Virage Mode is not responsible for delivery delays during shipping.
- What should I do if I want to make a return?
Return (At customer’s expense)
1) Complete the following return form: https://viragemode.com/a/return
2) Once the form is completed and the return is approved, you will receive return instructions by email (in store or by carrier depending on the option of your choice).
3) When we receive the package, we will issue a refund.
** Returns for online purchases can be made by a carrier or in store, follow the instructions given in the email that will be sent to you once the form is completed.
Return (defective/error items, at our expense)
1) Send an email to info@viragemode.com containing:
- Your order number.
- Your name.
- The reason for the return.
- A photo of the defect if applicable.
- The error in the order if applicable.
2) A pre-paid return label will be sent to you by email. Stick the label on the package and schedule the pickup with the transport company (reuse the same packaging).
You have 10 days following receipt of the package to complete the returns form and return the package to us. No refunds or exchanges will be possible beyond this period. The returned product must be in its original condition, that is to say it must still bear its label and must not have been worn and/or washed. As soon as Virage Mode has received the returned item, it will be refunded to you according to your payment method. When a return is not linked to a defect in the item or an item error in the order, the total transport costs are assumed by the customer and not by Virage Mode. Products on sale are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
In the case of a defective item, take a photo of the item in which the defect can be seen and send it to us by email, mentioning the defect. In this situation, the return shipping costs will be covered by Virage Mode and a return label will be sent to you by email. The item will be refunded as soon as Virage Mode has the package in hand.
For items that were purchased in store, these are only refundable in store.

REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL ACCOUNT
- Do I need to open an account to order something?
No, it is not mandatory to have an account on our online store to place an order. On the other hand, registering will allow you to save a lot of time when paying. It is up to you to accept or not that your email address is used for sending newsletters.
